Well its Friday and that means its time to start making plans for a skate this Sunday. Any one free to hit Bushy at around 11ish on Sunday?
Eamon is still in rehab with his knee but on the plus side we are expecting to meet up with Kenny to give him his first taste of Bushy. So Fingers crossed the weather will be dry.

For me the all time best music from my young day pushing a skateboard are was Upliftmofopartyplan album by the chili peppers in 1987. What a great almum and it made me go back and get their other two earlyer albums and i've been a pepper head ever since.

so I'll have to have another look, that will teach me to read thing properly next time.so have a look see if you can find a bargain. i like the "jack the dripper" but there are some cool deck there.The bad news is that the weather for Sunday is rain... bummer.I'd love to hit "Unit 13" but i don't think I'll be able to get up this weekend and with Eamon is still nursing his knee it not the best time for a road trip. So we'll just have to wait for the weather clears.

Well i got a chance to hit Bushy today and it was fun. The only thing was that there where no other skaters over the age of 14 there so i had a few rolls around, tried a few new line and just bombed around the place but it was fun. I'm looking forward to next Sunday with any lick there will be a few more of us.

Well to day i got about 5 mins in Gory skate park and I'm not sure about it? It was ok but to i was on my old Vallely for the first time in a few months and i was just not feeling it. A few weeks ago i took the advise of a few of the boys and finally loosened my truck that where almost welded tight but i never loosened my truck on the Vallely so it was hard to get use too. I was very pleased to see there where 4 older dudes there already and they where ripping and i was stiff from driving and not digging my old set up so i only lasted a few mins. So i'm going to have to hit Bushy in the morning to get it out of my system. I'll just have to take my new deck next time.

Its Friday guys and i think I'm going to be off of work this Sunday. So if any one is free I'm think about hitting Bushy for a few hours on Sunday. I know Kenny was interested in meeting up so if your free buddy drop us a line. The nice people at the BBC accu. weather say its going to be sunny so fingers crossed we'll be able to hit Bushy and I'm dieing to try a few thing.

Well i had fun today, for once the weathermen where right and it was sunny. Bushy was dead for the first hour, but I was just about to give up and head home when a few of the lads turned up. So i ended up staying till 2pm or so and had a ball. I wanted to try some airs but without my skate buddy Eamon there to push me i never really felt the urge, so next time. But I'm loving the carving. Also i got a cool email from a guy called Kenny looking to meet up with us old farts for a skate after seeing us on Nationwide. So welcome to old dogs old tricks buddy.

Well another full day in work for me yesterday, so I didn't get a chance to do a new posting, sorry!

That bowl up north would be great, why cant some one do that down here?

On the bright side the weather is still looking good for tomorrow so I'm heading to Bushy, it would be great to see you guys if you can make it.

Eamon passed me on this great clip from the boys and girls from up north who built the great bowl behind a shop, we've been keeping an eye on it. It's looking sweet I wonder how hard it is to get a blast around it? Eamon is on the mend after his fall two weeks ago in Bushy. He's still not back on his deck but with any luck we'll hook up with him soon.

As for us the weather forcast for Sunday is sun. So i'm dying to get down to Bushy so fingers crossed 11am.
